Chris Ford has a diverse work experience in sales and sales engineering roles. Chris is currently the Senior Manager of Sales Engineering at Clari, where they lead the Enterprise and Strategic Industries Sales Engineering team. Chris has been with Clari since 2019, starting in a Sales Engineering role and progressing to higher-level positions. Prior to Clari, they worked at PreSales Collective as a Member, focusing on elevating the role of PreSales professionals worldwide. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Large Enterprise Sales Manager at HireVue, responsible for bringing their AI-powered Video Assessments solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Before that, they worked at ADP as a District Manager, delivering the TotalSource solution to North Carolina-based organizations. Chris also has experience at Rosetta Stone as an Enterprise Account Executive and at Relias in various roles, including Team Lead, Regional Account Executive, and Business Development Specialist.
Chris Ford attended North Carolina State University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Biology. In March 2023, Chris obtained a Managing for Impact Certification from Winning by Design.
