Jessika Botruff

Jessika Botruff has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jessika started their career as a Biotechnologist at GeneSeek Inc in 2006. Jessika then worked at LI-COR Biosciences as a Product Associate II, Salesforce.com Analyst, and Salesforce Administrator from 2007 to 2014. At Revolution Group, Inc., they served as a Salesforce Administrator and was responsible for implementing FinancialForce Professional Services Automation. Jessika also worked as a Salesforce Administrator at FinancialForce, where they provided general administrative support and managed user records. In 2015, they led the Columbus Salesforce Women in Tech User Group, where they organized meetings and kept members informed. Jessika also served as the Group Leader for the Columbus Pardot User Group, overseeing meeting planning and content coordination. From 2016 to 2019, Jessika worked at Topia as a CRM Systems Manager, focusing on optimizing Salesforce and related products to drive revenue. Jessika then joined Reputation as a Senior Manager for IT Applications, where they expanded the Applications team, managed the GTM tech stack, and provided end-user support. Jessika'smost recent role was as the Director of GTM Systems at Ada, where they led a team of application administrators and implemented various projects to improve sales pipeline generation and data enrichment. Jessika is currently the Head of Business Systems at Clari, starting in 2023.

Jessika Botruff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to that, they earned an Associate degree in Science from McCook Community College. Jessika also holds several certifications, including Logik.io Launch Certified from Logik.io Commerce Engine (obtained in September 2022), Raw Signal Group Management Training from Raw Signal Group (obtained in August 2022), Pipefy Process Management Certification from Pipefy (obtained in April 2021), Salesforce.com Platform App Builder from Salesforce (obtained in September 2018), 2x Ranger from Salesforce Trailhead (obtained in April 2018), Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator from Salesforce (obtained in March 2016), Salesforce Analytics Cloud - Brown Belt Certification from Salesforce (obtained in January 2016), and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator from Salesforce (obtained in January 2013).
