Joyce Fong

Joyce Fong currently serves as VP of Product at Clari, a role assumed in July 2025. Previously, Joyce held the position of General Manager and Head of Platform Experience and Services at Outreach from 2022 to June 2025, where Joyce led a 50-person cross-functional team and developed a scalable AI-centric product roadmap. Joyce's extensive experience includes senior leadership roles at Avaya, where Joyce oversaw product management and strategy for a core contact center portfolio generating approximately $300 million in annual revenue, as well as playing a key role in mergers and acquisitions. Additional experience encompasses strategic development positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and roles in business development and product management at Mercury Interactive, Webex, Corio Inc, McKinsey & Company, and Oracle Corporation. Joyce holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
