Laura MacKinnon serves as the Chief People Officer at Clari since March 2020, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership. Previously, Laura held the same title at SignalFx until its acquisition by Splunk in November 2019, and served as VP of People & Culture at UserTesting from December 2015 to May 2018. Laura's career includes significant roles at Coupa, Logitech, Yahoo, Hyperion Solutions, Opsware, Electronic Arts, and SGI, where responsibilities spanned talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy. Education includes a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and participation in the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
