They then went on to study at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Government & Economics. Additionally, Parin Lad has obtained multiple certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator.
