Sriram Ganesan has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various roles and companies. Sriram is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Clari since August 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Twitter from August 2018 to August 2020.

From 2014 to 2018, Sriram worked at Couchbase as a Senior Software Engineer - Database Systems. During this time, they were a key member of the Key-Value (KV) engine team and played a crucial role in enhancing and fixing bugs in the Database Change Protocol (DCP), a data streaming protocol used for replication.

Before Couchbase, Sriram was a Senior Software Engineer at Fusion-io from July 2012 to March 2014. Sriram focused on designing and developing features in the ioMemory SDK and implemented the collision cache feature, resulting in a significant performance improvement.

From June 2009 to July 2012, Sriram worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Oracle, where they contributed to the design and development of features in the fault diagnosability infrastructure of the Oracle database. This infrastructure helped in preventing, detecting, diagnosing, and resolving critical errors.

Sriram started their career as a Software Developer Intern at Oracle Corporation in 2008 and later served as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin. In 2005, they were a Software Development Engineer at Oracle India Development Center, where they worked on projects related to directory services in Oracle Identity Management.

Sriram also has experience as a Research Assistant at the Global IT department of INSEAD Business School in 2004.

Sriram Ganesan holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Sciences, which they obtained from The University of Texas at Austin from 2007 to 2009.
