Bernd Hoegemann

Bernd Hoegemann has been with Clariant since 2008, where they currently serve as EVP & Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to this, they were Head of Clariant Excellence, leading a Business Excellence organization comprising of Innovation Excellence, Commercial Excellence and Operational Excellence. Hoegemann has also held positions at Kienbaum Executive Consultants and PwC as a Senior Consultant.

Bernd Hoegemann completed a PHD in Business Administration from the University of Münster in Germany. Bernd also has a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Hagen in Germany. Additionally, they have a diploma in Psychology from the University of Münster in Germany.

They are on a team with Hans Bohnen - EVP & COO, Stephan Lynen - EVP & CFO. Their manager is Conrad Keijzer, CEO.
