Howard Ash

Howard Ash is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As Chairman of Claridge Inc. since 2000, Howard has successfully raised over $300 million and facilitated eight strategic alliances. In addition to this role, Howard served on the Independent Board of Directors for Ault Alliance, Inc. and Ault Global Holdings, Inc., where responsibilities included chairing the Audit Committee. Howard's previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at Ives Motors Corporation and Chief Operating Officer at BIOCARD and CITA Americas, Inc., among others. Howard holds degrees in accounting, business, law, and economics from prestigious institutions including The London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of the Witwatersrand, and is currently pursuing studies in negotiations at the University of Oxford.
