Aditya Ray has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hotel industry spanning over two decades. Aditya started their career as an Industrial Trainee at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in 2002 and later served as a Front Office Assistant and Front Office Supervisor. Aditya then joined The Hotel Windsor as a Porter before joining The Oberoi Group as a Supervisor in the emails process. Aditya also handled the Reconfirmation and Payments processes for 11 leisure hotels under The Oberoi and Trident brands.

Aditya then moved to Radisson Blu as a Duty Manager and later as a Reservations Manager. Aditya played a crucial role in the pre-opening team of Radisson Blu New Delhi Dwarka and was involved in creating standard operating procedures for the hotel.

In 2012, Aditya joined Praxis Services Pvt. Ltd. and held various roles including Assistant Manager - Operations, Manager - Operations, and Assistant Vice President - Revenue Management & Distribution. Aditya successfully established the Revenue Management & Distribution vertical, managed revenue and reservations operations for various hotel companies, and achieved significant revenue growth.

Aditya's next role was as an Associate Director of Revenue at The Lodhi New Delhi, where they were responsible for budget preparation and attainment, as well as training and managing reporting associates.

Before their current role, Aditya worked as the Group Director of Revenue at Claridges Collection, overseeing revenue and distribution strategies for The Claridges New Delhi and The Claridges Nabha Residence Mussoorie. Aditya integrated the hotel with the distribution network of Preferred Hotels & Resorts and optimized its performance.

Currently, Aditya serves as the Vice President of Revenue & Distribution at Claridges Collection, where they aim to expand the hotel chain through management contracts. Aditya has achieved multiple accomplishments, including RFP evaluations, integration with global distribution systems, and optimizing the hotel for GDS production. Aditya's extensive work experience showcases their expertise in revenue management, distribution strategies, and operations in the hotel industry.

Aditya Ray completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Mahindra University from 2022 to 2024.

From 2019 to 2020, Aditya Ray obtained a Certificate in Revenue Management 360 from Cornell University.

In 2008 to 2009, Aditya Ray pursued a Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from La Trobe University.

From 2001 to 2004, Aditya Ray obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Bhopal.

Aditya Ray completed a Senior Secondary education at Woodbine Gardenia School from 1999 to 2001.

From 1989 to 1999, Aditya Ray received a Secondary School Certificate from Kendriya Vidyalaya.

Additionally, Aditya Ray obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in Hospitality Digital Marketing, a Certificate in Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management, and a Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management, all from Cornell University. Aditya Ray also earned the Certified Department Trainer certification from Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
