Anshul Dhyani is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Sr Sous Chef at The Claridges Hotels & Resorts since December 2013, Anshul has previously held the title of Head Chef at Damson Restaurants in Cheshire, UK, where responsibilities included kitchen layout planning and menu development utilizing Sous Vide techniques. Anshul's career also features roles at Abode Hotels and Michael Caines Restaurants, specializing in modern French cuisine, as well as at Sam's Chop House focusing on traditional British fare. Anshul's journey began at Brasserie Blanc, where a series of promotions led to the position of Head Chef, and earlier at Taj Hotels, where foundational culinary skills were developed across different kitchen departments. Anshul holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University.
