Nishant Rathore

Nishant Rathore has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nishant began their career as an Intern at TAJSATS in 2011. From there, they worked as an HR Trainee at Hotel The Royal Plaza and as an HR Assistant at PARK PLAZA NOIDA HOTEL in 2012. In 2013, they joined Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts as a Human Resources Supervisor. In 2014, they joined The Oberoi Group, where they served as a Human Resources Supervisor and later as a Human Resources Supervisor. In 2018, they joined Claridges Collection, initially as an Assistant Manager Human Resources, then as a Human Resources Manager, and currently holds the position of Associate Director - Human Resources, which they started in November 2022.

Nishant Rathore completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business/Commerce from Guru Jambheshwar University from 2009 to 2012. In 2008 and 2009, they attended Ahlcon Public School and completed their Senior Secondary education with a focus on Commerce. Furthermore, they have an additional certification as a SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP HCM Payroll with ERP 6.0 EHP7 from The Oberoi Group, although the specific date of certification is not provided.
