Assoc Cipd Rachel Hammond

Rachel Hammond has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rachel is currently employed at Claridge's as the Assistant Director of Human Resources, a role they began in April 2022. As of May 2023, they will transition to the role of Director of Human Resources at the same company. Prior to this, they worked at The Connaught, where they held various positions including Human Resources Manager from August 2019 to April 2022. Before joining The Connaught, Rachel was a Human Resources Officer at The Goring from December 2015 to December 2016, and a Human Resources Assistant from August 2013 to December 2015. Rachel started their career as a Conference and Banqueting Assistant at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts from October 2011 to August 2013. Rachel also gained experience as a Waitress at Harts Restaurant, Nottingham from July 2011 to September 2011, and as a Student Intern at Restaurant Associates UK from July 2010 to July 2011.

Rachel Hammond, Assoc CIPD received their Bachelor of Science Honors degree in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University. Rachel attended the university from 2009 to 2013.
