Katherine Preece has extensive experience in human resources within prestigious hotel groups, currently serving as the Assistant Human Resources Manager at Claridge's since June 2014. Prior to this, Katherine worked as an HR and Recruitment Officer at Claridge's and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Dorchester Collection, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and implementing benefits programs. Katherine began their career at Marriott International, serving as an Associate. Katherine earned a BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Oxford Brookes University in 2012.
