Alexandros Katechis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alexandros started their career as a Software Developer at Goldman Sachs in 2010, where they worked in Credit Risk Management until 2011.

Following that, they joined the Research Foundation of CUNY in 2012, initially as a Research Assistant and later as a Project Manager. During their time there, they implemented a distributed ISO-compliant biometric analysis platform and deployed biometric services using RPC protocols.

In 2013, Alexandros joined StoryDesk as a Full Stack Software Engineer. Alexandros was responsible for developing and maintaining the marketing website as well as developing the backend API using Node.js, MongoDB, and Redis.

In 2015, Alexandros joined Pefin, Inc. as a Frontend Engineer, where they developed highly interactive web applications for personal wealth management. Alexandros also implemented DevOps tooling to focus on repeatable and one-step deployments. Later, they moved up to become a Principle Engineer. In this role, they designed RESTful and realtime APIs to implement chat-based user experiences and utilized AI to build dynamic web applications for financial planning. Alexandros also promoted and drove the adoption of open source philosophy and Agile methodologies.

Most recently, Alexandros has been working at Clarifai since 2019 as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. Additional details about their role and responsibilities are not provided.

Alexandros Katechis completed an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from LaGuardia Community College from 2008 to 2010. Afterwards, they pursued further education in Computer Science at Queens College from 2010 to 2014.
