Ashdeep Rajpal

Ashdeep Rajpal currently serves as the Director of Customer Data Analytics at Clarify Health Solutions, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Value-Based Care Analytics at U.S. Renal Care, where Ashdeep led the development of an analytical platform to support Value-Based Care business initiatives and contributed to the expansion of the CMS's Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting program. Ashdeep has also worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Definitive Healthcare, providing analytical solutions across various healthcare sectors, and as a Senior Medical Economics Analyst at Fallon Health, focusing on Medicaid analytics. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services and Chattem Chemicals, with a foundation in chemistry as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Ashdeep holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Tennessee and two Master's degrees in Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Zoology, and Food Science from Panjab University.
