Yelena Kulik

Yelena Kulik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and release management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Release Management at Clarify Health Solutions since May 2019. Previously, Yelena held the position of Head of Quality Engineering at FutureAdvisor, where efforts led to significant improvements in developer velocity and testing coverage. At Financial Engines, Yelena advanced through various roles, including Program Manager and Senior QE Manager, successfully transitioning teams to Atlassian tools and enhancing testing strategies. Early career experiences include software development roles at Nuance Communications and Hewitt Packard. Yelena holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Santa Clara University and a Master's degree in Linguistics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
