Lorraine Makepeace

Lorraine Makepeace is the Head of People Transformation at Clarify. Lorraine has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and consulting.

Lorraine started their career as a Commercial Operations Team Leader at Oracle Education. Lorraine then became a Consultant at Seal Recruitment Solutions, before finally becoming the Head of Amazing at The Chemistry Group.

At The Chemistry Group, Lorraine was responsible for the HR function, ensuring that the company hired the best talent using a combination of psychometric and behavioural profiling. Lorraine also ran the 'Opportunity to be Brilliant' programme, which included the implementation and delivery of behavioural development and training sessions.

In addition to their HR responsibilities, Lorraine was also the cultural ambassador, accountable for employee engagement. Lorraine implemented a nutrition programme and coordinated team events. Lorraine was also responsible for ensuring that new ideas or processes were actually implemented into the business.

After ten years with The Chemistry Group, Lorraine left to start their own company, Amazing People Consulting. Amazing People Consulting is a human resources consultancy that specializes in organizational development and change management.
