Margarita began their career as a Russian and English-speaking Customer Service Representative at Arvato Bertelsmann ltd in 2014, where they managed customer orders and resolved escalated issues. In 2016, they joined Arvato CRM Solutions as a Back-Office Analyst, providing administrative support and handling complaints and claims. In 2022, Margarita transitioned to Clarify as a Sales Development Manager and later moved on to Adobe as a Business Development Specialist.
