Ada Zhang

Ada Zhang is an experienced CRM professional with a career spanning over a decade in various prominent companies. Currently serving as CRM Manager at 娇韵诗集团 (Groupe Clarins) since July 2018, Ada previously held a similar position at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included leading eCRM strategy. Prior to this, Ada was CRM Account Director at Acxiom, overseeing the delivery of CRM services and strategy to drive sales success. Ada began a career in marketing as an Event Manager at CBI China, now known as ENMORE, one of Asia's largest event organizers in bulk commodities. Ada holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Technology from Shanghai Normal University.
