Caroline Varon

Caroline Varon is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate leadership and strategic management across the cosmetics and beverage industries. Currently serving as CFO and General Secretary at Groupe Clarins since November 2015, Caroline is a key member of the global Executive Committee, overseeing strategic financial development, tax, compliance, and procurement. Prior roles include CFO at Suntory Beverage & Food France, where Caroline managed extensive teams and implemented significant governance changes, and CFO of L'Oréal Luxe France, handling financial operations. With earlier experiences at Kering and KPMG, Caroline has developed a comprehensive skill set in financial management and corporate governance, further enhanced by recent education in corporate governance from Sciences Po.
