Daniella Henry

Daniella Henry has held various positions in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Daniella started their career at Staffmark as a Senior Staffing Specialist, where they proactively sourced candidates for temporary and full-time positions. Daniella then moved on to Michael Page International as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in placing corporate professionals in various industries. After that, they joined IPG/CMG as the Director of Recruiting, where they recruited across the CMG network for public relations in different areas. Daniella then worked at Medical Dynamics as the VP of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources before joining Groupe Clarins, where they currently hold the role of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Daniella Henry has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics & Law from Binghamton University, State University of New York, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Daniella also holds several certificates, including one in Marketing Fundamentals from New York University, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, completed from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they have a certificate in Human Capital Management from New York University, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, obtained from 2011 to 2012. Daniella acquired a certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell University in 2023. Furthermore, they possess additional certifications such as "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" obtained from LinkedIn in 2021 and "The Hiring Blind Spots" obtained from LinkedIn in 2019.
