Jiaxian Yam

JiaXian Yam currently serves as the Digital & ECommerce Manager for Global Travel Retail at Groupe Clarins, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, JiaXian worked at Coty from January 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included Digital & E-Commerce Manager and Senior Digital & E-Commerce Executive, focusing on key brands such as Gucci, Burberry, and Tiffany & Co. within the Travel Retail Asia Pacific region. Earlier experience also includes roles as a Digital & Media Executive and Project Management Executive, with exposure to markets including Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and India. JiaXian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Social Science from Singapore Management University, completed in 2017, and attended National Junior College from 2011 to 2012.
