Karen Kee

Karen KEE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and retail management within the cosmetics industry. Since April 2010, Karen has served as the Senior Training Manager for Asia Pacific at Groupe Clarins, where responsibilities include developing and executing tailored training initiatives and curating a comprehensive suite of training materials for both in-person and digital platforms. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions, including Training Manager, Senior Regional Trainer, Regional Trainer, and Retail Manager, accruing valuable experience at Nuance-Watsons (Singapore) Pte Ltd from 2007 to 2009, where oversight included Retail Operations at Changi Airport and the launch of new stores. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, earned in 2003.
