Mirjam Gromniak

Mirjam Gromniak has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Mirjam currently holds the position of Director People & Culture at Clarins, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PUMA Group as a Senior People & Organization Partner from January 2020 to January 2022, and as a People & Organization Partner from January 2018 to December 2019. From April 2015 to December 2019, Mirjam served as an HR Manager at CYBEX GmbH, where they managed a team responsible for HR in national and international sales, marketing, and corporate design. Mirjam also performed talent acquisition and employer branding activities during their tenure. Mirjam's earlier roles include HR Recruiter EMEA at SynteractHCR from December 2013 to March 2015, Recruiting Specialist at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH from August 2011 to November 2013, and Human Resources Manager at ACAT Personalmanagement GmbH from December 2010 to July 2011.
