Natalie Istead Chartered McIpd

Natalie Istead Chartered MCIPD has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Natalie is currently working as the Head of People and Culture at Groupe Clarins since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the People and Business Partner at Oatly from November 2021 to April 2023. Natalie also worked as an Interim Human Resources Business Partner at AB Sugar from June 2021 to October 2021. Natalie previously worked at Sainsbury's as an HR Change Manager from June 2018 to April 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Advisor at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust from November 2015 to June 2018. Natalie also held the position of a Human Resources Business Partner at Munoz Group from August 2013 to November 2015. Natalie has prior experience at Sainsbury's as an HR Manager from March 2010 to August 2013, and at Cambridgeshire Constabulary in various HR roles from February 2005 to March 2010. In these roles, Natalie has demonstrated competence in employee relations, HR management, strategic planning, and business partnering.

Natalie Istead Chartered MCIPD obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Anglia Ruskin University in 2011. In the same year, they also completed Level 7 CIPD Qualifications. Natalie further expanded their education by earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Anglia Ruskin University in 2010. Prior to that, Natalie completed a Certificate in Leadership and Management in 2009 and a Certificate in Personnel Practice in 2008, both at Anglia Ruskin University. In 2020, they obtained the Chartered Membership (MCIPD) certification from CIPD.
