Paola Molino

Paola Molino has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Paola most recently worked as the HR Director at Clarins Group starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Arcturus Group | Rosenthal Sambonet from May 2016 to August 2019. Paola also worked as an HR Manager at CRIF from May 2015 to May 2016. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Aimia Inc from 2010 to 2015 and at Epipoli S.p.A. from 2006 to 2009. Paola has also worked as an Independent HR Consultant from 2003 to 2005. Paola began their career as an HR Specialist at Gruppo Mondadori in 2000 and later as an HR Business Partner at KPMG Italy in 2001. Throughout their career, Paola has demonstrated their expertise and knowledge in the field of human resources, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Paola Molino attended the CTI - Zurich/Geneva in 2015-2016, where they completed the CTI's Coach Training Program. In 1999-2000, they attended the ISTUD Business School, earning a Master in Risorse Umane e Organizzazione. Prior to that, they studied at Sapienza Università di Roma and received a Laurea in Lettere Moderne in 1999. In 2014, Paola obtained the Strengthscope accreditation from Strengths Partnership in London.
