Séverine PERRET has over 14 years of experience in CRM and data management. Séverine started their career at L'Oréal as a CRM Marketing Manager, where they focused on retention campaigns and customer acquisition activities. Séverine then moved to Veepee, where they served as an e-CRM Manager for Europe, responsible for overseeing the e-CRM strategy and managing customer experience across multiple channels. Currently, they are working at Groupe Clarins, where they have held various roles, including Global CRM Project Manager and Global CRM Senior Project Manager. In their current role as Lead Data Governance, Séverine is leading CRM-related projects, building data projects around the customer object, and setting up CRM tools and solutions to develop a global omnichannel CRM strategy for multiple markets. Séverine has a strong background in data analytics, personalization solutions, and campaign management.
Séverine PERRET completed their education at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management, Law, English, and German. Séverine also attended the University of Toronto - University College in 2005-2006, focusing on Management and German. Prior to that, they attended Cité Scolaire Internationale from 1996 to 2003, where they earned their Baccalauréat in Economics.
