Zohra Barrett

Zohra Barrett is an accomplished professional in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of HRIS at Clario since September 2022, Zohra previously held the position of Executive Director of HRIS at The NPD Group from April 2012 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing the Workday HRMS. Earlier roles include HRIT Project Director at Kaplan Inc., Consultant at the NYC Department of Education, and Director of HR Information Delivery at Merrill Lynch, where Zohra successfully managed data integration projects. Zohra began a career journey at Nomura Securities, working in various HR roles, culminating as HRIS Manager. Zohra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management from Baruch College.
