Eric D. Kogan

Eric is responsible for oversight of Clarion’s investments.

He joined the firm as a Partner in 2002 having served in various senior management capacities at Triarc Companies, Inc. including Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Chairman of its Management Investment Committee. Earlier in his career Eric worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Farley Inc. and Oppenheimer Inc. He serves on the board of directors of Harris & Harris and Ametros. He previously served on the board of directors of AML RightSource, Lenox Holdings, SOI, HROI, Hartmann, Oceanaire, Cross Media Works, A.T. Cross, Great Northwest Insurance Company, Reliant, and Crowe Paradis. Eric received an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1989, and both a BA and a BSE from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1985.
