Yoan Besson

Yoan Besson is a highly experienced engineer with a focus on software development and management in the automotive sector. Currently serving as a System & Software Platform Senior Engineer at Clarion since September 2022, Yoan previously held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Parrot Faurecia Automotive, leading a team in developing an Android-based software platform for automotive projects from May 2017 to September 2022. Yoan's extensive background at Parrot involved overlapping roles as Software Engineering Manager, Java/C++ Software Engineer, and Software Quality Manager, contributing significantly to the development and quality assurance of multimedia products and electrical vehicle cockpit prototypes. Earlier experience includes C/C++ software engineering at Elsys Design and a software engineer internship at SAGEM. Yoan holds an Engineer's degree and Research Master in Microelectronics and Automatics from Polytech Montpellier.
