Fulya Kultur Kutoglu

Fulya Kultur Kutoglu has a strong background in business development, strategy, and project management. Fulya is currently serving as the Director of the Business Development Office at Clarion Events. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development & Planning at Hepsiburada from 2016 to 2020, where they managed strategic partnership projects and led analytical teams. Before that, Fulya worked as a Project Manager of Omnichannel Retail & Process Improvement at Boyner Grup - Beymen in 2015, where they executed omnichannel transformation projects and improved service quality standards. Fulya also held the roles of Project Manager of Strategy & Process Reengineering and Senior Analytics Specialist of Supply Chain at NCH Corporation - PPG Division from 2011 to 2015, where they led the launch of an online retail channel on Amazon.com and developed forecasting algorithms for demand prediction. Fulya's earliest work experience was as an Operations Research Senior Analyst at Blockbuster from 2008 to 2011, where they developed optimization models to improve production scheduling and reduce costs.

Fulya Kultur Kutoglu has an education background that includes an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Their earlier education includes attending Kadikoy Anadolu Lisesi from 1995 to 2003, where they focused on Mathematics. Additionally, Fulya has obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in May 2013.
