Leah Aronova

Leah Aronova's work experience includes serving as Vice President, Human Resources (focused on talent development) at Clarion Partners LLC since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor in the Psychology Department at Iona University, teaching courses on I/O Psychology topics. Leah also worked at Moody's Analytics in Learning & Development from December 2014 to May 2022. Before that, they were a Human Resources Associate (Generalist) at the Joint Distribution Committee, Inc. from September 2009 to December 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Leadership Development Consultant (Freelance) at Sandra Hartog & Associates/Fenestra, Inc. from September 2010 to September 2013.
