At Fabletics, Nathan served as Vice President of Talent Development & Systems, overseeing talent initiatives for a portfolio of e-commerce fashion brands. Previously, as Director of Talent Management & Engagement at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Nathan was responsible for employee engagement and development within a 23,000-strong workforce. Nathan also led organizational effectiveness strategies at CME Group and served as Director of Organization & Talent Solutions at BPI Group, where consulting with Fortune 500 companies was a key focus.
