Ian Waters

Ian Waters is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in directing multi-disciplinary development teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Clarion Housing Group since April 2024, Ian previously held the position of VP of Software Engineering at Tungsten Network, overseeing 80 developers across three countries. Other notable roles include Technical Delivery Manager at Sodexo, Head of IT at AYMTM, General Manager & Head of Development at ECMK, and various web development positions at EDS Group, Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, and Sussex Police. Ian's foundational education was completed at Park College Eastbourne and Ratton School.
