Paul Lemar

Paul Lemar has held various roles in the housing and development sector. Paul has experience as the Head of Strategic Land at Clarion Housing Group since 2016 and as the Head of Planning at Persimmon Homes since 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Planning Director at Fairview New Homes Ltd from 2013 to 2015 and as a Development Manager at Pocket Living from 2013 to 2013. Paul also has experience in production and land management roles at various companies such as Temping, Millwood Designer Homes Ltd, Berkeley (Southern) Ltd, Gladedale Group Ltd, and Croudace Homes Limited. Before entering the housing and development sector, they worked as a Regional Planning Manager at Bellway Estates.

Paul Lemar attended Coventry University from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree, a Diploma in Town Planning, and a Master's degree in Town Planning.
