Rachel Hollins

Rachel Hollins has a diverse and extensive background in the housing industry. Rachel currently serves as a North West Branch Committee Member for the Association of Women in Property, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Rachel worked at the Clarion Housing Group as the Head of Partnerships (North) and New Business Manager (North) from 2017 to present. Rachel has also held positions at Morris Homes Ltd as a Partnerships Housing Manager from 2014 to 2017, Equity Housing Group as a Growth and Partnerships Manager from 2012 to 2014, Affinity Sutton as a Development Manager (North) and Development Project Manager from 2007 to 2012, William Sutton Housing Association as a Development & Regeneration Officer and Area Housing Manager from 2004 to 2007, and Staffordshire Housing Association as a Housing Officer from 2001 to 2004.

Rachel Hollins attended The University of Manchester from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSci) degree with a focus on Social Policy. Rachel then pursued further education at The University of Salford from 1999 to 2001, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing.
