Rebecca Eade

Rebecca Eade is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the housing sector. Currently serving as Director of HR at Clarion Housing Group since November 2016, Rebecca has held multiple key positions including Head of People, Head of HR Projects, and Employee Relations Manager during a merger. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Circle Housing from July 2011 to October 2016, progressing through roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Earlier in their career, Rebecca was the Head of Resources at OpenContact Direct Marketing from September 2009 to June 2011. Educationally, Rebecca holds an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership from Hult Ashridge, an MCIPD certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Northampton.
