Bettina Koback

Bettina Koback is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for the EMEA region at Clarios since October 2021, Bettina is responsible for driving HR strategy and cultural transformation. Prior to Clarios, Bettina held the position of HR Director for Europe at Faurecia, overseeing a large workforce across multiple countries. Bettina's career also includes roles as Global HR Director at both SCHOTT AG and Magna International, as well as Division FCD HR Manager Europe at Eaton Automotive, and Global HR Manager at TRW. Academic credentials include an MBA from Wirtschaftsakademie Blieskastel, HR Executive training from HEC Paris, leadership studies from London Business School, and certification as an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner.
