George Karambelas --Sphr

George Karambelas, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Labor & Employee Relations for Clarios, a global leader in advanced energy storage solutions since May 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson Controls, where George held positions as US Regional Operations Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, supporting the Power Solutions Division. Additional experience encompasses human resources leadership at Graphic Packaging International, Fort James Corporation, and James River Corporation, focusing on unionized and non-union facilities, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. George earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a specialization in Operations Management from Portland State University.
