Hassan A. Farhat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality and operations management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Clarios since November 2020, Hassan has also held roles as Shift Leader and Manufacturing Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading personnel, ensuring production efficiency, and coaching employees to meet plant goals. Prior experience includes working as an Operations Supervisor at SAS Automotive Systems, where Hassan led teams in the assembly of the RAM 1500 cockpit and implemented continuous improvements. Additionally, at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Hassan held multiple supervisory positions across different paint divisions, focusing on team leadership, vehicle production launches, and the development of management and operators.
