Leonardo Matute

Leonardo Matute is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IoT and wireless solutions, currently serving as the Director of Technology and Architecture for Global Connected Services at Clarios since July 2023. Matute has founded and leads RadioFaaS and Matute Consulting LLC, focusing on innovative IoT solutions and wireless technologies. Previous roles include Principal RF/Wireless Innovation Architect at Honeywell and Senior Chief Engineer at Cooper Lighting Solutions, where Matute spearheaded strategic IoT initiatives. With a robust engineering background from Itron, SmartSynch, and SmartMetric, Matute holds dual MBA degrees from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
