Prior experience at Johnson Controls encompasses various HR management roles across multiple divisions, contributing to talent management and organization design during the merger of Tyco and JCI. Lindsey holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Business Administration with a focus on Management & Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
