Stephanie Gibbons has extensive work experience in various healthcare and administrative roles. Stephanie most recently worked at ClarisHealth as the Vice President of Clinical Operations starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Optum, including Director of Operations and Associate Director of Automation & Efficiency; Fraud, Waste, Abuse and Error. Stephanie also has experience at Essentia Health as a Compliance Program Manager, Harrington Plastic Surgery as a Clinic Manager, and Allina Hospitals & Clinics as a Lead Surgery Scheduler/Patient Access Representative and Patient Registrar. Stephanie began their career at County Market as a Customer Service Representative/Bookeeper. Stephanie has a strong background in clinical operations, efficiency initiatives, compliance, leadership, and customer service.

Stephanie Gibbons completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Columbia Southern University in the year 2014. In the same year, they also obtained the certification of Certified Professional Coder (Apprentice) from the AAPC.
