Joao Neto

Joao Neto is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data platform management, product quality, and cloud services. As the Head of Data Platform at Clarity AI since July 2021, Joao plays a pivotal role in driving the company's data initiatives. Previously, as Director of Product Quality and Acceleration at OutSystems from September 2016 to June 2021, Joao led a team of around 50 engineers to enhance work processes and product quality, significantly improving delivery frequency. Joao's tenure at Microsoft from November 2006 to October 2016 included leadership roles in cloud services and Dynamics AX, where Joao managed teams responsible for essential cloud-native applications and quality assurance in Microsoft's ERP system. Joao began their career as a Software Development Engineer at CGD and Xpand IT, contributing to critical banking systems and customer-facing projects. Joao holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
