Melissa C. is an experienced instructional consultant with a diverse background in learning and development. Currently serving as an Instructional Consultant at Clarity Consultants since January 2023, Melissa previously held roles such as Learning Project Manager and Learning Manager at Berkeley Lights, where responsibilities included designing and developing training programs to enhance customer adoption of technology. With a strong history at Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Principal Curriculum Manager and Adoption Strategist, Melissa emphasized user advocacy across project lifecycles. Additional experience includes instructional design and development positions at Carhartt, Verizon Wireless, Plastipak Packaging, Domino's Pizza, Meijer, and Otterbase Technical Services. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Training and Development/Instructional Design from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saginaw Valley State University.
