Doug Kestner

Doug Kestner is a seasoned Project Manager and Database Administrator with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager and DBA at Kestner Consulting, Inc., Doug has a strong background in ERP systems, particularly as an IL ERP Legacy System Expert at Clarity Partners, LLC, contributing to statewide SAP implementation projects. Previous roles include performance tuning for the AIX DB2 database within the IES Integrated Eligibility System at the Illinois Department of Human Services, and project management and database administration positions for the State of Illinois and Capitol Strategies. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Illinois University, completed between 1985 and 1987.
