Rachel Hughes

Rachel began her time with Clarity back in 2013 as an Accounting Associate in 2013, and after 5 years of becoming an integral member of the finance team, was promoted to Controller in 2018. Rachel has implemented and maintained processes and procedures to streamline all financial operations and keep the Clarity ship running smoothly. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to invoicing, collections, accounts receivables, and financial reporting. Rachel is also a dedicated partner to the CEO and plays an integral role in ensuring day-to-day operations are functioning at peak efficiency.

Prior to joining Clarity, Rachel graduated with an accounting degree from the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware in 2011. She began her career as a staff accountant at an investment bank for two years before transitioning out of traditional banking and into the recruitment field. Thankfully her path led her to Clarity where she quickly became a valued team member.
