Sarah Konishi

Sarah attended the Conservatory of Performing Arts at Point Park University with a major in Theatre Arts. Prior to joining Clarity in 2018, Sarah was a Casting Director for TV & Film for 6+ years. Sarah’s love for people, exploring what makes them tick, and desire to enter the world of recruitment outside of the theater world brought her to join Team Clarity. Sarah’s strengths in listening, sourcing, screening, and team building have made the transition into business staffing seamless — the best corporate teams are a lot like a well-matched cast, and she believes the strength of any leadership team – or ensemble – is only as strong as their support system.
