Phil Charlton is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a 2nd Line Support Engineer at Clarity Software Group since September 2013, Phil provides support to over 1000 customers using various Clarity systems. Prior to this role, Phil worked as an IT Support Analyst at Compass Group UK & Ireland from 2006 to August 2013, assisting a wide range of users with hardware and software issues. Phil's career began at SCC, where duties as an Imaging Engineer and Imaging Assistant from November 2000 to June 2007 honed skills in time management and responsiveness within a high-pressure environment. Education was completed at Earls High School between 1984 and 1989.
