Joël Schreiber

Joël joined Clarity in 2017 as a Software Manager. Before joining the team, she worked at the Air Force Network PMO from Hanscom AFB as an Infrastructure Project Manager. Additionally, she was a US Naval Surface Warfare Officer aboard the USS McCampbell and USS Nimitz. For a couple years, she took a break from her career to live in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with her husband and three sons before moving to Connecticut and joining the Clarity team.

As Director of Software Engineering, Joël oversees a team of technical team leads and coordinates software resources for internal projects. She oversees Clarity’s software contractors, and provides plans and leads initiatives for software budgets, training, and leadership development. Joël works to ensure the Software team delivers on Clarity’s technology initiatives, using the best software development practices while coordinating closely with other internal teams and customers.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University in English and an M.B.A. from The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
